How do I order online?
1. Browse our product catalog

2. Get detailed product information
For each item, you will find a product page with the available sizes and colors, as well as a detailed description and composition. Click on the product image to enlarge it and not lose any of its details.
3. Proceed with the purchase
- on the article page, choose the color and size of your choice
- add the product to your shopping cart
- once you have finished shopping, click on shopping cart
- then choose the delivery method and the payment method
- Enter the delivery address and payment information on the next page
- check that you have entered your information correctly, then click on the “buy” button.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. On the pre-order product sheet, you will find the estimated shipping date.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. The shipment will be completed once all the items are available.
Pre-order items can only be purchased by credit card. Once your order is finalized, we will ask your financial institution to verify the banking information you have entered. How do I return a product?
The Buyer has a right of withdrawal for the following reasons:
